Could Sore Throat, Tiny Bumps On Soft Palate And Sharp Pain Below Rib Cage After Having Oral Sex Be STD?

Hello, about 3-4 days ago my boyfriend and I had oral sex, we ve had oral sex previously and had no problems. But this time the next morning I woke up and had a sore throat. The sore throat has been going on since that morning and I recently noticed tiny bumps on my soft palate and I had a sharp pain below my rib cage on the right side today. Could I have an STD?

Thank you for query.if any partners are infected with STDs infection the other partner also can get infected.oral oral or oral genital contact can transmit STDs.please consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
