Could Soreness In Bladder During Bowel Movement Be Normal Post Vaginal Fistula Repair?

Hi, I ve had a vesico vaginal fistula repair and is subsequently wearing a supra-pubic catheter. Every time I want to have a bowel movement it feels like the urine wants to leak out my urethra. My doctor says urine should go into the catheter. I get so nervous when I have to pass a stool because it feels like it always comes with the urge to pass urine. As soon as the stool passes, my bladder feels really sore because of me trying to keep the urine from leaking out my urethra. Is this normal? This is my second week wearing the catheter.
