Could Stress Cause Tight Shoulders, Neck And Ringing Ears?
ive been experiencing a tightness across the top of my shoulders that goes up my neck and it continues by a deafening feeling in my ears and my head feels some pressure and then it will go away.. This may happen 2-3 times a day while at work. Im thinking stress? What do I do?
Hi, You did not mention your age and sex. Whats your profession? Do you work for long hours sitting in front of the computer?
From your symptoms,i would like to advise you to get your B.P checked and get an x-ray of the cervical area done. High B.P and cervical spondylitis may produce such symptoms. Review with these reports.
It can also be due to overstress and inadequate sleep. So,i would suggest you to have an anxiolytic in the required dosage. Try to sleep for at least 6,7 hours a day. Go for a brisk morning walk, moderate physical activities would be helpful.
If it still persists, consult with your physician. Take care.
