Could Swelling And Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Pre Menstrual Symptoms?

Hi. I have pains in the lower left side of my belly, when I look down at my belly the left side is a bit swollen. I had an ectopic pregnancy 13 weeks ago, I had my left tube removed. I have a week and 1 day to go till my period. Would it be just period pain? I ve only had one period, and it lasted a whole of two days.

Welcome to HCM
your concern about your above complaint is very much appreciated
what is your age and what surgery have you undergone for removal of left tube ?
if it was abdominal approach,it can be incisional hernia.look at the swelling.doest it increase on size on straining like coughing prolong standing etc.or it decreases on lying down.does the swelling goes back if pressure applied? it can be a collection of blood or heamatoma at the site of surgery or may be pus collection.see your doctor and get an ultrasound done.
stay healthy.
