Ill fitting footage is one of the main reason for diabetic foot ulcer. Gangrene occurs when there is lack of blood supply to the foot due to block in the blood vessel. In this situation I would advice my patient to get his foot examined by a doctor. Good foot care and well fitting foot ware.
