Could Swelling In Lymph Nodes Of A Child Be A Matter Of Concern?
My sons lymph nodes are swollen. They have been for the last 6 weeks. In his neck. His ESR is 40. Everything else is normal. No fever. His spleen was enlarged and back to normal now. But not his lymph nodes. The white blood cell count is normal too. He s 5 years old. Should I be worried?
enlargment of spleen and lymph node is related to inflamation and theare draining from inflamatory source. clinical examination and further investigation is requered. general examination and routine blood urine and stool examination is to be done, past history birth history, family history is tobe analysed.
