Could Swollen Lymph Nodes In Groin And Neck Indicate HIV?

I have swollen lymph nodes in my groin and neck area and I'm worried it could be HIV. I'm extremely scared about the situation. Is it definitely HIV? If not what else could It be? I also smoke cannabis regularly and smoke cigarettes too, could this be a contributing factor?
