Could Swollen Wrist Due To Hit On The Radius Be A Fracture ?

Hi. I just hit my wrist really hard on accident on the radius close to the hand (literally, about twenty or so minutes ago). It is very swollen, but an ice pack is causing some of the pain and swelling to subside (I can type!) I can move it around to an extent, but it is very tender. The bones around the swollen spot are where they should be, but it is still too swollen to really tell if anything is out of place. I am wondering if I might have a fracture or a break.
