Could The Abdominal Pain Be Due To Cyst In Ovary?

hello i am 38 yrs old had severe pain in abdomin went to er they did blood work ct scans everthing came back normal doctor told me i had a cyst that had burst on my ovary i also had IV in left are,now i am experiencing severe pain in my left shoulder all the way to my hand with some tingling in my chest.What could be causing this? Also having a dark green bowel movements,and feeling tired.
