Could The Back Pain And Ankolosing Spondylitis Be Related To AK?

I have had back pain for 20 yrs. I have had a laminectomy in 1998. I just had knee replacement. I was told 20 yrs ago that I had ankolosing spondolitis. My Dad had back issues that cause him to hunch over. Icould just had a positive hla b ant. 27 test. Could all these joint things be related to AK? i am a 57 yr. old female.
