Could The Cyst In The Uterus Be Treated Through Medications?

I had a hysterectomy in 2005 they left my right ovary for the last year I have been getting ovarian cyst the e r Dr. treats me with pain medication and tells me it will go away they are very common ,well june 4 2014 I was in pain on my right side and felt very sick in my stomach They did did another C.T scan more pain medication now I have to follow up with a OBGYN and the apt. is the 23rd of this month what will happen?

Hi,

During surgery, ovary may be preserved if it is normal. The possibility of cysts and tumour is always there though rare.

It depends upon the type of cyst and size.

Get the CT and consult your gynecologist.
