Could The Findings In Blood Test Indicate Cancer Or AIDS?

hi, i just got my blood test results, and it shows my white blood cell count is low(2.5) and NEUT# is low too (1.1) does this mean i might actually have cancer or aids? i just finished taking acutaine, does it by any chance have to do anything with it? i'm freaking out , literally saying my goodbyes already. oh and btw i'm female, 31years old.

No. It does not mean that you might have cancer or aids.

Do not worry regarding those.

You have some decreased number of blood which needs further evaluation by
a Hematologist, to rule out various causes.
