hi . I have high levels of chlestrol, 210 and high uric acid count , well above the limit. I have not experienced gout so far, but I am afraid it will pop out one day. I want to lower both the cholestrol level and Uric acid through diet and exercise only i.e with out taking medication. I searched on the internet for solutions only to find out the foods that help to reduce cholestrol actually increase Uric acid because of their purine content.Example, fatty fish like sardines, chicken, oatmeal etc. Do you have a diet solution for me? Does flax seed help lower cholestrol without increasing uric acid?
