Could The High Uric Acid And Cholesterol Be Reduced Through Proper Diet?

hi . I have high levels of chlestrol, 210 and high uric acid count , well above the limit. I have not experienced gout so far, but I am afraid it will pop out one day. I want to lower both the cholestrol level and Uric acid through diet and exercise only i.e with out taking medication. I searched on the internet for solutions only to find out the foods that help to reduce cholestrol actually increase Uric acid because of their purine content.Example, fatty fish like sardines, chicken, oatmeal etc. Do you have a diet solution for me? Does flax seed help lower cholestrol without increasing uric acid?

I am slim BMI 22 , non smoker, rare drinker ( a glass a month at most) , shift worker, suffered gastritis in the past, FBS 90, LDL 150, HDL 29, BP 130/90, ggt 50, triglyceride 135, exercise sometimes, a bit stressed,

Yes, diet can help in reducing high uric acid and cholestrol.But along with this if you have any symptoms please consult doctor.
For diet:
-Protein and fat free diet is best for high level of uric acid and cholesterol. So avoid pulses, meat, alcohol, butter and fried foods to stay healthy.
-Increase fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
-Increase water intake level.
- Take Amla in any form juice, powder, raw etc. Amla is good source of vitaminC , will also help a lot.

Yes, flax seeds help in lowering cholestrol levels.
please try to do exercise(phsical and breathing) daily and regularly.
Decrease your stress, relax. It will also help you a lot.
