Could The Indent, Hardened Veins, And Glans Deflation Be Due To Poor Blood Flow From Vein Or Artery Damage?

Hello, i had an injury 3 weeks ago where i felt a burst inside my glans after it got squeezed by my gf, and instantly lost erection without pain. Went to the ER and had an ultrasound they said corpora are fine and probably was a vein burst. The problem is that now i have a little indent in my spongiosum, some little hardened veins running trough it and when i get an erection the glans deflates easily. When it s fully inflated for example if i lightly touch it or masturbate i feel blood rushing out in the same spot of the injury and the glans looses firmness deflating... The indent in the spongiosum got better in the past weeks, also there is a constant mild pain coming from the inside of my glans. Currently i m doing frequent hot baths for my penis to speed up healing, helps with the pain but issue persists. I ve also noticed that during flaccid my glans is a bit smaller, probably for poor blood flow due to damaged veins/arteries?
