Could The Intake Of Chantix Cause Rashes On Neck?

I have been taking chantix to quit smoking. I have succeeded I now am smoke free for 1 1/2 months and am wondering how to I stop this chanix program I am taking 2 pills a day at 1 mg each pill. Do I take 1 a day for a while and go down from there or what? I am developing a rash on my neck and don t know if it is the chantix being I have been taking it for 5 months now. Please let me know. You slowly taper off chantix and stop. in one month .Even if rash doesnot subside you should take antiallrgic like cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 5 to6 days.
