Could The Low Hanging Testicles Be Due To Excess Weight?
Largest male human testicles. Pictures of low hanging testices and is it because of the weight of the testicles in the scrotum that makes them hang low and can a circumsized penis have a forskin be surgically put back over the glans of the penis. If so how much does it cost and where can it be done? Can't aford to sign up. Thanks.

The size of the testicles depends on the man's physique and therefore it is not possible to way whether they are largest or not.Unless you have a problem, that is normal. Therefore, I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
