Hi, I was at the forest yesterday with friends and we were on a rope swing. (It s made from a heavy branch you sit on attached to some string suspended from a tree). I was getting off the swing whilst it was still in motion. I got off but forgot to move out the way of the swing that was in full motion going fairly fast. The branch hit my eye really hard. It hit didn t hit the eye ball- but it hit the bit of skin below (where bags under eyes are). There was a bit of bleeding and now it hurts whenever I touch it. The bone beneath the skin there feels weird. Is it worth going to a gp or shall I just hope it heals? Sorry for all the details.
