Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely costochondritis of rib.As you have done ultrasound and MRI of the area your gall bladder should be fine. For such condition i usually treat with antinflammatory gels like diclofenac or nimusulide for local application.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
