Could The Pulsing Artery And Slight Chest Pain An Early Sign Of Possible Heart Failure Or Cardiac Arrest?

In the left side of my neck there s an artery that has been pulsing hard and my heart beat is 104 beats per minutes. Now I ve also been using meth for 3days with no food, little water, and only 4 hours of sleep over these past days. Also have been really stressed do to family and well other things. I know these are all dangerous factors some by themselves are bad enough. What I want to know is the pulsing aterey (constant) and slight chest pain (only occurred on one day) a early sign of possible heart failure or cardiac arrest?

Hi welcome.. First of all to tell you that cardiac arrest means stoppage of heart function - so Plz forget about that option.. Second pulsations in the neck artery and occasionally once chest pain is not a sign of heart failure.. So don't get panic.
BUT GET YOURSELF AN ECG DONE AND IF REQUIRED THEN your cardiologist will do your 2 d echo and trademill stress test.
After this test you will surely get your final answer. So Plz once consult a cardiologist to rule out any significant problem.. Only stress might precipitates this symptoms.. So don't worry.
Have a nice day.
