Could The Soreness On Left Breast An Indication Of An Infection?

Hi, i am 39 yrs old and have had a sore left breast for about 10 days. For 10 days before a period I get very tender and sore breasts but from day 1 this eases. However this month about 5 days after my period the soreness returned in one breast and isn't easing. Could this be an infection, I feel fine otherwise? Thanks

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some hormonal imbalance at this age giving rise to this problem.
consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
