Could The Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Cervix Be Due To Cancer?

Hi, I am a 16 year old male of Indian descent and i have had a swollen cervical lymph node for the past 6 months or so. Since then, i have felt some other swollen nodes in the area as well as two in the left supraclavicular area. I havent yet had teh chance to go to a doctor for tests, but i am wondering whether it is necessary as i feel ocmpletely healthy with no night sweats,, fatigue or fever. I am scared i have cancer. What should i do?
