Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

From this symptoms alone we need not worry about leukemia. Still, if he is having recurring fever, easy bruising, and poor weight gain, I would recommend getting him examined with your pediatrician for a detailed examination and basic tests like CBC, ESR and peripheral smear accordingly. Enlarged cervical nodes are quite common in children.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
