Could The Tenderness And Pain On The Right Side Be Due To Cysts Near Gallbladder?

small lymph node measuring 5mm is seen in right lower abdomen. two low density lesions adjacent to each other,next to gall bladder, likely cysts. nonspecific hypodense focus in segment 7 of liver multiple diverticula in right colon. tenderness,pain in right side.

Hypodense lesions (cysts) in liver causing rt hypochondric pain is very unlikely.diverticulitis is one possibilty as ur saying multiple diverticula in rt colon.is kidneys normal in ur report.is there any mention regarding appendix.if everything is normal dont worry.may be nonspecific pain.
