Could The Two Sore Lumps On The Back Of The Head Be A Matter Of Concern?

Yesterday I noticed that I have two lumps on the right side of the back of my head about 1/2 inch from my ear and just around my hairline. They are soar and very soar to the touch. This has never happened before. could it be something to worry about

The swellings in the site mentioned by you could be inflamed lymph nodes due to any wound or infection in the scalp, or ear/regions of face. Also, it is commonly found in lice infestation of the scalp hair. I would suggest you to get yourself physically examined by your family physician/surgeon who could plan the treatment accordingly.
