Could There Be Any Other Side Effects Other Than Hot Flushes After Stopping The Stilnox Medication?
I have been using Stilnox for 2 years. I have stopped completely. Have not taken for 3 days now. I am not sleeping, but I am not tired. I have these hot flushes during the day. I do not feel groggy anymore and my head feels clear. Will it cause other side effects besides the hot flushes?

Hi and thanks for this query.
Getting off zolpidem(stilnox) is advised to be a gradual and not an abrupt process. Please, always talk to your doctors before discontinuing medications. It has several different side effects and withdrawal symptoms. Which one you would develop can not be guessed. Report all abnormal observations to your doctor for evaluation and management.
Ii hope this helps. I wish you well.
