Could Throbbing Sensation In Little Finger Be Due To Stuck Glass Piece?

about 2 weeks ago, I pierced the tip of my pinky finger with a sliver of glass. I think it just went in and out and was bleeding a bit. However, now my finger throbs and if I press on it I seem to feel it. Could the glass be in there? it has completely healed over.
