Could Tingling In Finger Tips Along With Frequent Urination Be Due To Diabetes?

I experience tingling in my finger tips, usually starting in the morning after a shower. That is my main concern. I do have anxiety and migraines, which I have had for the past 5 years or so. I exercise about 4 times a week for an hour, and maintain a stable diet. My boyfriend says I urinate frequently, and says it maybe diabetes. I do not have any other symptoms. The tingling is mainly in my pinkie and ring fingers. I have had tendentious in my elbows, not sure if it could be related. Thank You, Michele
