Could Tiredness And Purple Blemishes On The Lips Be Due To Hormonal Changes?

very tired, no energy, purple blemishes that come and go on my lips with tingling in the same spots. seem to be related to hormonal changes. Could this be my thyroid? my blood always test in normal range but i have had cysts in my thyroid in the past
