Could Vaginal Bleeding Followed By Heaviness Above Pubic Bone Indicate Miscarriage?

Hi I never had late periods this is the first time after 6 days. Last week had heaviness above pubic bone while sitting and standing. Lot of frequent urination felt like pressure on bladder. Today just woke up and had my periods with no regular symptoms. Could it be early termination of pregnancy.

Hello,

The following are few symptoms of early miscarriage:
1) Vaginal spotting or bleeding
2) Your abdomen or lower back having cramps or pain
3) Fluid or tissue passing from your vagina

Frequent urination and heaviness on pubic bone can also occur in urinary tract infections. Even after few weeks of miscarriage, your urine pregnancy test can be positive as it takes time for the hormone to return to normal levels. Hence you can check by home pregnancy kit test if it was a miscarriage. Most probably it is just delayed periods as the vaginal bleeding is not heavy and there is no passage of tissues and other symptoms.
