Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
So heavy periods are called, the menorrhagia. The reasons may be the anemia, infection, structural abnormalities like fibroids, or the poly cystic ovarian syndrome.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. She may need to have an MRI for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, and hematinics.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
