Could You Suggest Any Exercise Or Remedy For Easing The Stiffness And Pain?
I had surgery on c7=t1 didn't fuse anything .Doc had 2 go through back. Ever since my left arm is hurting from my backn just past my elboy . on scale of 1-10 is an 8 . My fingers and half my left hand is numb/ any exersizes or qanything thet will eqase pain
