Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain Melasma leads to formation of hyperpigmented spots over the cheeks and is most commonly due to hormonal imbalances that are commonly seen after pregnancy but can be evident otherwise also..
Flucort H and Melalite 15 are
depigmentation formula and Flucort contains steroid while Melalite contains Hydroquinone, oxybenzone and octinoxate and although Melalite 15 can be used for a longer duration but steroid based creams have side effects on skin so can be used for a short duration and only under supervision of a Dermatologist.
So I would suggest you to
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you suitable course of the above creams after a proper examination..
You can also use depigmenting creams like Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin that are safer for long term use..
You can also apply Vitamin E gel at night.
Wash your face with
Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash like AHA glow or Melaglow..
You can scrub your face twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Limit sun exposure..
You can also go for treatments like
Microdermabrasion and
chemical peels..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
