Cramping And Slight Spotting After Taking Plan B Followed By Unprotected Sex. Reason For Bleeding?

Hi, I ovulated on June 1, and I also took plan B the same day following unprotected sex on the 30th.. It is now 5 days later and I'm having unisual cramping and slight spotting.. They say implantation bleeding follows ovulation by 5-7 days so is my crampin and bleeding a result of the plan B pill or implantation bleeding? Thank you!!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The cramping and mild spotting that you are having is likely to be due to a withdrawal bleeding which is commonly seen after taking a high dose emergency contraceptive. Please do not worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
