It sounds as if you are having a
pelvic infection.
This also happens commonly alongside a
urinary tract infection.
SUch infection is common after unprotected sex, particularly if the
STD status is unknown, or it is a relatively new partner.
Right now, if you and your partner are clear for STDs, you still need to see a doctor to rule out UTI.
Have a urine routine / microscopic + culture examination.
Also, a vaginal swab test for ruling out pelvic infections.
Drink lots of water atleast 4 - 5 litres a day, and plenty of cranberry juice.
Avoid unprotected sex until the results are in hand.
