Cramps In Foot And Leg Progressing To Thigh, Groin And Abdomen Mostly At Night. No Help From OTC For Cramps, Rls, Potassium, Calcium Etc. Advice

Hi, For several years I have been experiencing foot and leg cramping, mostly during the night. Sometimes the cramps travel all the way up into my thigh and groin area, and sometimes in my abdomen. I have tried over the counter pills for foot cramps and rls, potassium, calcium, magnesium, salt, etc. Nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do to stop this so I can get a decent night's sleep?

Rule out Diabetes as this type of problem is common in diabetes.
Take B1, B6, B12 injections or capsules.
Take calcium and Vitamin A and D and B.complex supplements.
Avoid sedentary life.
Go for regular exercise like walking, slow running, swimming.
Take high protein diet.
Ok and take care.
