Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Heavy Bleeding, Big Clot. Taken Tablet For Stopping Period. Any Ideas?
Hi, I was taking the tablet utovlan to stop my period from coming. I stopped it 3 days ago and today I had the most horrific cramps, lower back pain, I couldn't talk it was that painful and was bleeding heavy. after a few hours of this going on I went to the toilet to find a really big clot had came out of me It did not look normal. It was covered in blood and was stringy etc. I'm really worried of what it could be.

It seems that probably you have token utovlan for a long period.Hence, your uterine lining became thick and you are bleeding more. In my opinion,if you are not suffering from any other pathology then tab of tranexemic acid and mefenemic acid thrice daily for three to five days will help you.
