Dear patient U have got l5s1 disc prolapse with nerve root compression. Since you have taken medication and physiotherapy but with no relief I would advise epidural kenocort injection which helps to reduce swelling and inflammation around disc and hence reduce compression. Please visit pain specialist nearby you for that.
