Cramps, Menstrual Pain At Lower Back And Dizziness. Had A Miscarriage

Hi i am 32 and i weight 70kg. i had a miscarriage in august and after that had a clear period in september and tried again getting pregnant. i did home pregnancy test and showed negative had two days period and now having cramps, menstrual pain at my lower back and dizziness.

Hi,
THe possibilities you have are-
- the home pregnancy test is +ve after8-10 days delayed periods.the bleeding you had was due to impending abortion-now the process being progressed.
A blood HCG test would have helped you for detection of pregnancy at an earlier phase.
- You have a post abortal menstrual irregularity ,causing all the incidence.
An Ultra sonography of pelvis will pin point the diagnosis.
Your doctor will advice you medicines as per need.
