Hi there Anna.

It is very difficult to opine whether all these medications are required or necessary for your complaint.

One needs to have 'visual ' or photographic evidence of your face & problems before opining.

Depending on where you reside, please do get another dermatologist's opinion on the ground closest to you. You may take the help of the HCM directory for this.

Am surprised no injectable volume expanding injections, intradermal injections to correct crows' feet or carboxytherapy has been advised.

A lot of the products seem to complement each other & as such, unclear to me how they have been advised to be used but as i always say in cosmetology, these things are tailor made for individual patients' & it all depends on that particular doctor's repertoire, expertise & skills!

Here's wishing you a youthful countenance & good health! Cheers!

Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sharad Mishra's  Response
Hello Anna!

The problems you have are caused both by volume loss (deep naso-labial fold, sagging cheeks) and surface texture abnormalities (superficial wrinkles, spots & freckles).

It is therefore prudent to restore both volume and skin texture to achieve optimal result.
This in my opinion would involve use of a filler like juvederm or fat injections for volume restoration; and, LASER resurfacing for skin texture and superficial wrinkles.

Of course, a good skin care regime must follow these to help the results last longer.

Best Regards,
Dr. Sharad Mishra
