Ct scan report suggests that there are two rounded opacities in your left lung and one of it is measuring 5x4 mm measured in two axis. It may be due to various reasons and differential varies with age. There opacities can be infective, mass, granuloma etc. It has to be corroborated with clinical findings also and it needs follow up.
