Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have got an
allergic reaction to the medication given to you for reducing
acid reflux and it is the cause for itching on face, eyes, mouth and nose..
I would suggest you to stop taking the medication and consult your treating physician so that he can change the medicine and advise alternate medicines..
You can continue taking antacids, half an hour before meals..
Take more of yoghurt in diet as it is a
probiotic.
You should take small frequent meals..
Drink plenty of
cold water as it will help in dilution of the acid..
You should do moderate workout and take walk after meals..
You should sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet and sleep in left lateral position..
Avoid spicy food..
Once you are advised substitute medication, you can take the same to relieve
heartburn..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
