Hi, i have cyst in left maxillary sinus as well as mild mucosal thickening at the alveolar recess, there is mucosal thickening at the right maxillary infundibulum . three is fluid in bilateral mastoid air cells , pain and cant hear well, dizzy, had severe ear infection it has been over thirty days, is there help also have ear ringing in left ear
