Cysts In Scrotum. Affected Erection. What Do Pus Cells Mean?
I m unmarried. I ve 2 cysts in my scrotum , placed above the each of the testicles. Right side cyst is bigger than left side. These are not attached with testicles and moving freely. These cysts are not causing any pain. I found these cysts before an year. After these cysts my penis has curved to left both during erection and normal state. It also affect my erection. When I ve tested my urine last week, it has 6 pus cells. What it could be and how to treat. Please suggest.
Hello and welcome to HCM
The two scrotal cysts that you have mentioned could be arising from any of the scrotal structures. It could be an epidydimal cyst or just a cyst in the sub-cutanei=ous tissue.
These cysts require surgical removal.
The deviation in penis during erection and otherwise could be due to cysts. You need to observe it after getting the cysts removed. If they still remain you need to consult an urologist.
Presence of pus cells in urine indicate infection in the urinary tract.
A course of antibiotic will clear the infection as it is mild and not severe.
Thanks and take care
