Cysts In Scrotum. Swelling, Why? Affecting Erection, Why?
I m unmarried, 27 years old. I ve 2 cysts in my scrotum , placed above the each of the testicles. Right side cyst is bigger than left side. These are not attached with testicles and moving freely. These cysts are not causing any pain or noticeable swelling. I found these cysts before an year. After these cysts my penis has curved to left both during erection and normal state. It also affect my erection. When I ve tested my urine last week, it has 6 pus cells. What it could be and how to treat. Please suggest.
The cysts commonly appears in scrotum and they usually simple cyst and do not cause any symptoms. they left untreated until they cause any symptom. but when becomes symptomatic then they are treated either by aspirating the fluid from the cyst but it have the chances of recurrence therefore surgical excision is the best option for its removal and reduces the chance of recurrence
Thanks
