My bro in-law met with an accidently 35 days ago, his left brain injured..done operation to remove blood clots...Traceastomy also done for phlegm suction.... Now he's opened his eyes, can blink, move his right arm n right leg a little..but he's still having alot of phlegm and with 5%oxygen support...pls tell me how to get rid of his phlegm n how to make him to walk?
