Dark Blood Clots After Urination, Bleeding. Came Off Depo Vera. What Does This Mean?

I have just found a few dark blood clots after going to the toilet. The first day of my last period was 20th July so I think I am ovulating. That period was the first one since coming off depo Vera in January. I have had very slight bleeding for a day or so but found a bit more blood with blood clots. What does this mean?
