Dark, Dry Scars On Knees. History Of Sarcoidosis, Erythema Nodosum. Treatment For Scars?
I had been diagnosed with sarcoidosis 5 years ago with erythema nodosum. It has since subsided and I have been rechecked frequently to ensure it doesn t come back. So far I have been in the clear. However I think I have scars on my knees they are dark and dry (I am African american). Not sure what I can do for the scarring.

You need to apply Mometasone cream over it for a few weeks which may cure your problem,as you are suffering from Sarcoidosis, and you say it is subsided,it is better to consult a Physician,as the disease may re-activate sometimes.
