Dark Oval Red Spot Under Knee, White Dot In The Centre, No Itching Or Burning. Causes?
My 81 yr old mother had a large oval dark red spot on the inside of her knee about the size of your index finger pad with a pin point white dot in the center. The center white spot grew and is now as big as a pencil eraser and is hard and crusty. The oval is flat, doesn t itch , burn , and has no pain in it. Do you have any idea what that might be?

From history it seems that you might be having Sebaceous cyst on the part.
There are chances of getting infected.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
At this age some Space Occupying Lesion (SOL ) should be ruled out.
