Dark Spot On Tip Of Penis. Normal?

Hello,i'm 17 and I have a small dark spot on the tip of my penis. It's slightly darker than the surrounding tissue, smooth and isn't at all raised. It's been there for quite a while now and hasn't really changed. I don't feel it at all (no irritation). I don't have any problems while ejaculating or urinating!
but any ideas on what this could be? Should I see a urologist to get it checked out?Thank you.

I believe they are normal benign condition. My best guess is you have Fordyce spots which is common on your age group. They are not contagious and are just dilated blood vessels. Although a number of approaches have been tried, there is no simple, reliable treatment to remove them and sometimes it just goes away on its own. Best of Luck.
