Dark Yellow, Brown Semen, Stinging Sensation On Urinating. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello, recently I have found my semen to be a darker yellow almost brown in color. My partner and I have not had intercourse with other people so I am confused on what this could be. When I urinate, there is a slight stinging sensation, though nothing painful. Is there any information you could give me as to what this is?
